The PlanPlus Online Implementation Team offers a four-step process ensuring quick implementations. Because the entire process is managed by PlanPlus Online's Professional Services Group, the resource requirement from customers is minimal. Based on the needs of individual customers, the implementation can be completely outsourced or simply overseen by PlanPlus Online's Implementation Team. The PlanPlus Online Team's pioneering experience in the industry has helped create a best practices library that ensures a timely implementation by taking advantage of the most current methodologies.
The PlanPlus Implementation Team Follows These Steps:
- Requirements Assessment: The PlanPlus Online Consultant and the customer's dedicated Account Manager work closely to define the goals, identify related metrics, and discuss system management, and other relevant information to evaluate any unique requirements. From this assessment, the PlanPlus Online Consultant delivers a detailed implementation plan, including a timeline and responsibilities checklist for the customer to approve.
- Implementation Phase I: Guided by the PlanPlus Online Consultant, the customer implements simple processes and validates the accuracy through the reporting interface. After this short initial phase, more than 80 percent of the PlanPlus Online processes are fully functioning and adding value to the customer.
- Implementation Phase II: The second phase focuses on the implementation of any customized aspects of each customer's process needs.
- Enhancements: The PlanPlus Online Team and Account Managers support each customer by providing enhancements on an as-needed basis.
