The Home Page is your central starting point with PlanPlus™ Online which allows you to store, view, and manage all your key data in one place. PlanPlus Online conveniently mirrors both the desktop PlanPlus™ and your paper-based planner, so you can move among them with comfort. The Home Page includes simple navigation tools for your tasks, appointments, daily notes, and more. From the Home Page, access Quick Prioritize, Search, Quote of the Day, and several other great planning tools, including the new Drag-and-Drop feature, a unique feature for the Web application.

Contacts Page
|
The Contacts Page is a key component to this Web-based application. With this function, you can instantly access business and personal contacts, sort by various views, and even customize fields for easy sorting by organization. You can also use the Contacts Page to add new contacts or edit existing entries from this page.

Opportunities Page
|
The Opportunities Page is the heart of the application and key to helping you work with clients. This page stores important details about sales opportunities, including a simple sales process that helps you track and manage sales, then create reports so sales associates and sales managers can view the sales pipeline. Add reminders that will show you how and when to follow up with clients, team members, and managers. You can also add notes and other comments to the opportunities, which are then recorded in a history that can be viewed any time.

Quick Prioritize Page
|
Quick Prioritize has long been a favorite feature of the PlanPlus™ family of software products. With a simple click on the Quick Prioritize icon, you can instantly prioritize a large list of tasks. Once the page is opened, simply drag-and-drop tasks into various priorities A, B, and C. You can also drag-and-drop tasks to a future date. Once the tasks are organized, close the window, and you are automatically returned to the Home Page where the tasks will be neatly organized starting with A1, A2, B1, B2, and so on.

Goals Page

The Goals Page is a simple online version of the world-class FranklinCovey training seminar that allows customers to identify and easily manage goals. Once the steps required to achieve the goal are listed, quickly drag-and-drop the steps for each goal onto the task list or appointment schedule to help you accomplish your goals and stay on track with what has been defined as important.

I have used ACT, Goldmine and most recently Salesforce.com, PlanPlus Online gives me the features I enjoyed in each tool plus the added advantages of the FranklinCovey time management program all in one. The program is highly customizable to meet my specific needs and sales process, while giving me the common sales vocabulary to interact effectively with management and colleagues.
