Module Summary: In this module we document and configure your PlanPlus Online sales process and sales stages to match your companies specific sales process. We clearly name each sales stage and define what must happen to qualify for that sales stage. Additionally, we configure sales related sequences and reports to be available for each member of the sales team and management. PlanPlus Implementation Consultation

If your CRM implementation project involves a larger number of users or has some complex issues, it may be best to create a clear project plan before diving in. An Implementation Consultation will include an analysis of all of your lead generation activities, Sales Processes, and workflow related business flows. The result will be a written project plan with clearly defined milestones and objectives for your CRM implementation. The plan can then be implemented by your own Trained Internal Administrator or by an External Administrator.
