Calendaring is a critical component of any planning system. This calendar allows you to drag-and-drop tasks to create appointments, color code appointments, create recurring appointments, set appointment alerts and reminders, link notes to appointments and invite external contacts to appointments via email. You can also integrate calendars from other calendaring programs into your PlanPlus Online calendar.

If the connector will not add, and it says “Invalid username/Password”, try re-typing the credentials into the field.
If it still fails to add, try changing your Outlook 365 password wherever it is you login to that email.
All records should sync.
PlanPlus Online has a No Refund Policy. All refund requests are reviewed by our billing department and refunds may be issued on a discretionary basis. Our products have a 7 day trial period which if canceled prior to the 7th day you will not be charged.
You may cancel from within your PlanPlus™ account or by contacting our support team. You may cancel your own account by going to Account >License Billing >Cancel My Subscription. You may also contact support to have your account cancelled by creating a ticket. To submit a case for cancellation, Click Here. Cancellation requests must be made 10 days before the agreement renewal date in order to avoid automatic renewal and the related billing charges.
