January 21 Release Notes – PlanPlus Online – Version 5.71

Product Enhancements

    • Added history logging when tasks are dragged from the Today list to Roles, Goals, Projects, or the Mini Calendar.
    • Task history now correctly records project changes made from the Task Detail area.

    • Improved role visibility by adding background colors on the Vision Board.

    • Improved performance on the Daily Planning page.

Bug Fixes

    • Fixed an issue where task titles shifted to a new line when creating recurring tasks with roles/goals and notes or attachments.
    • Resolved an issue where the Weekly Planning compass percentage was not displaying correctly.

    • Fixed subtask drag-and-drop not working in Month view.

    • Corrected three-dot menu overlap on long titles in Homepage Role and Goal lists.

    • Fixed tasks created for future dates incorrectly appearing on today’s date.

    • Resolved an issue where updating a recurring appointment status updated the entire series instead of a single instance.

    • Fixed issues preventing users from creating Roles or Goals from the Task Detail area on Weekly Planning and Vision Board pages.

    • Corrected Vision Board behavior where deleted habits remained visible until refresh, and improved delete icon hover behavior.

    • Fixed alignment issues for goal icons, labels, and text on the Weekly Planning page under Role Manager → Personal Balance.
    • Resolved an issue where read-only users could modify project task status from the Summary view.

    • Fixed a UI issue where the Save button appeared during multi-task selection on the Homepage.

    • Corrected alignment of recurring task icons and titles on the Homepage.

    • Prevented creation of blank tasks when pressing the spacebar under Contacts, Organizations, and Opportunities.

    • Added missing validation when creating reports without a title across all modules.

Product Enhancements

    • Updated setup profile configuration to display the account name in outgoing emails.
    • Added history logs for project tasks, ensuring proper activity tracking.

Bug Fixes

    •  Fixed the “Edit Details” button behavior in Calendar Month View so it now opens the appointment detail area instead of directly creating an appointment.
    • Resolved an issue where the note icon was not visible in the task summary view for project tasks.

    • Added validation to prevent creating empty items using the spacebar on the Weekly Planning page.
    • Prevented creation of empty tasks via the spacebar on the Daily Planning page.

    • Fixed an issue allowing blank items to be created using the spacebar on the Vision Board page (Tagline, Value, Role, Goal, Milestone, and Task).

    • Resolved an issue where the Recurring filter did not update immediately after changing the recurrence pattern.

    • Fixed a bug where drag and drop did not work for subtasks after expanding a task using the arrow icon.

    • Resolved an issue where the Hide option failed to collapse Role tasks on the Weekly Planning page.

    • Fixed a UI issue where the project name was not displaying correctly in the Task Detail popup.

    • Resolved an issue where the task title shifted to the next line on the Homepage when more than two icons were displayed in the task summary.
