May 20th Release Notes – PlanPlus Online – Version 5.51

Product Enhancements

  • Improved Appointment Visibility:
    • Now displays the full title of appointments when the checkbox functionality is not in use, making it easier to review details at a glance.
  • Optimized Recurrence Management:
    • Recurring items are now permanently deleted from the database (instead of being marked inactive), ensuring cleaner data and faster system performance.

Product Enhancements

  • Task & Appointment Workflow Improvements:
    • Tasks are now automatically marked complete when a linked calendar appointment is marked complete—and vice versa.
    • Enhanced Estimated Time field in task details.

    • Data & Tracking Enhancements:
      • Enabled full support for all UTM tracking codes for better marketing attribution.
    • Reporting Upgrades:
      • Expanded the “Period Type” dropdown in the report builder to include all options from “Job Completion Date.”
      • Added “Process Assigned” to the Customize Columns menu in report views.
      • Added new functionality to report on opportunities based on their connected organization or contact.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue allowing users to create duplicate tags when adding tags to a note.
