Why did you choose to become a productivity expert?
I became highly productive once I realized I had to focus on only doing things that I was absolutely the best at. It became very clear to me that if I continued to do busy work I would never have the time to complete my most important tasks. The real secret is to delegate those things that you are are weak at as soon as possible!
How did your personal life change as you gained more productivity expertise?
My personal life and time with my children has always been a top priority. It is most important that you schedule the fun time in your life first!
What’s the most important thing a client must do to become more productive?
A simple process that I created over 15 years ago is called “10 Before 10.”
Every night before you go to bed, make a list of the 10 most important things you must have completed before 10:00 a.m. the next morning. Many of these items could be things you have delegated as well as some of your highest priority tasks for you to complete.
